    • I made sauce for a graduation party. In my opinion, the best thing to do is to make it in two batches. Unless you have a huge stockpot, it is going to be hard to double this recipe. Plus, if you double it, it seems you need to cook it for a lot longer. The good thing is you can freeze this stuff easily. I would make one batch, freeze and then make another.
